The EcoPlusHome is one of the most innovative demonstration homes in North America and the only house with an integrated component system using the most common renewable technologies Thermosolar, Photovoltaik and Geothermal. Beside that the project is also the first pre fabricated home using all efficient construction elements like insulation, windows and roof construction. Furthermore the EcoPlusHome is built with an ICF basement which is the latest energy efficient construction technology especially for foundations and is using energy star rated home appliances from our partner Bosch and a new developed energy monitor in real time.

The EcoPlusHome is a research project to test the unique component system from the technical and user standpoint in a real environment. The components integrated to a system are never used before but are the future of sustainable house construction. Additional installations like a passive heated loop system and an advantaged heat recovery system are also part of this research project.
All technique is from Bosch and Bosch subsidiaries and is installed in cooperation with local companies.
